Specialists in Oversized Cargo/Abnormal Loads & Project Cargo Quality Freight Ltd, through their network of offices have become increasingly involved in the out of guage/abnormal load market. This has involved the movement of a variety of products from concrete sections, silos as well as complete factory removals and shipments. The following gives a brief on some specific projects we have been involved with:

Water Silo:
From Hemiksem, Belgium by road to Rotterdam Shipped as deck cargo from Rotterdam to Waterford Port Transported by low loader from waterford Port to County Carlow
Oversized Loads:
Loaded Bristol U.K. and transported by ship to Hamburg Germany.
Refinery Column:
This piece is a 200 tonne refinery column 56 meters long and 7 meters in diameter. We used a 500 and 400 tonne crane to do the tandem lift. The piece came from Rotterdam for delivery in the U.K. via our Ellesmere Port facility. Pre-Cast Concrete Tunnel Sections 12,000 metric tonne precast concrete tunnel sections. A total logistical project was undertaken for a N.I. based concrete manufacturer. A total of 244 concrete sections weighing 25 tonnes each at 11 meters long x 3.3 meters deep x 2.3 meters high were moved via a network of road and multiple ship/charter services in Kent for a Channel Tunnel extention programme.
